About us

Bernard R. Sader earned his Bachelor of Law degree from Lebanese University in 2002 and his Diploma of CEP with Highest Distinction from the Lebanese American University of Beirut (LAU) in 2018.

Bernard worked as an Associate in several reputable law firms in Beirut after being admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2003. He also practices Civil Procedure, Inheritance Law, Complex Litigation, Criminal Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, and General Commercial Law.  

He has extensive experience working with boards law makers, regulators and industry bodies on the development of new Legislation and regulation.

WORK HIGHLIGHTS

Counsel to many well known French international Luxury Brands in a Civil disputes brought by an Exclusive Agencies before the Lebanese courts.

Counsel to many famous Lebanese families in a successful Civil and Inheritance disputes defending in over $ 30 million as compensations against the Arab Republic of Egypt/ Ministry of Finance/ Agrarian Reform. The matter is being successfully settled.

Worked with United Nation Development Program (UNDP) on several legal projects in the North of Lebanon. 

Counsel to many Lebanese Exclusive Agencies in a Civil disputes against many famous European companies before the Lebanese courts.

Counsel to clients in Personal Status, Real Estate, Commercial, Criminal cases before the Lebanese courts and Arab Gulf countries.

Counsel to clients and won significant civil and commercial cases before distinctive international jurisdictions.

Counsel to a Dubai based well known manufacturing company in various court proceedings in relation to Investments In Lebanon.

PUBLICATIONS

Numerous articles and legal opinions dealing with different Civil topics have been written (Agoralex, Beirut Bar Association Journal, Sader Lex, LinkedIn), most recently "Prescription of the claim of owners of the reserved portion from the disposable portion of an estate in the Non-Mohammedan confessions."
